Wand of Tongues

This spell grants the creature touched the ability to speak & understand the language of any intelligent creature. The subject can only speak one language at a time, although they may understand multiple languages. Tongues does not enable the subject to speak with creatures that do not speak.
Range: as far as a voice carries.
