Wanderer of the Stars

Vigilance
When Wanderer of the Stars enters the battlefield, put three counters on it. On your end step,
remove one counter. When all counters are removed, Wanderer of the Stars is controlled by the player with the least health.
If there is a tie, Wanderer of the Stars stays until the tie is broken.
