{t}: Add {r} to your mana pool, then add a forge counter to Wandering Forge
{r}{t}: Search your library for an artifact card. If its converted mana cost is equal to or less than the number of forge counters on Wandering Forge, put it onto the battlefield tapped, otherwise put it into your hand. Remove a forge counter from Wandering Forge.
