Wandering Hands

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, they
must place a finger of their dominant hand on
Wandering Hands and keep it there. They may
not move the card closer to themselves.
If they let go of the card before their end step,
their turn ends.
Let's keep those hands where we can see 'em.
