Wanted Criminals

Whenever a pirate creature deals combat damage to a player put a bounty counter
on it. (Whenever a creature with a bounty counter leaves the battlefield as the result of
a spell or ability not controlled by its controller, that abilities controller may create X treasure tokens, where X is that creatures power)
