Each turn, if an opponent cast a creature
spell after a creature has entered the battlefield under their control, put a bounty counter on that creature.
(Bounty is: Whenever a creature with a bounty counter on it dies, the controller of the source
that destroyed that creature draws cards equal to
the number of bounty counters on that creature.)
