Wanton Demolishing

Exile target artifact or enchantment. Then
you may exile another target artifact if {r} was spent to cast Wanton Demolishing,
and another target enchantment if {w} was spent to cast it.
The demolition giants were enlisted to clear out a
new block for construction; unfortunately they
were a little too enthusiastic.
