buff for 1 min depending on the effect chosen.
Effect ends if the battle standard is moved.
1) All allies gain +1 to Attack Rolls, AC and Saving Throws
2) All allies gain the effect of Herosim
3) All enemies must immediately use their reactions to move as far as their speed allows away from the battle standard (last 1 round).
