When War-time Strategist enters the battlefield,
secretly set a prediction counter to 1 or 2, and
reveal it at the start of your next upkeep.
1: If opponent played only creatures on their last
turn, War-time Strategist gains first-strike.
2: If opponent played only instants/sorceries on
their last turn, War-time Strategist gains
hexproof.
