When War-Torn Goblin enters the battlefield, if {r} was spent to cast it, it deals 2 damage to target player. If {b} was spent to cast it, you lose 2 life and draw a card. If {w} was spent to cast it, you gain 2 life.
Many goblins under Mardu rule were savage and impatient. With the return of the dragons, they became obsolete as fighters. After the dragons, Sultai shamans brought back many goblins in hopes of converting them to their rule. But the Mardu spirit lives on, even in the second life.
