At the beginning of your upkeep, place a Warp counter on this card,
then each player exiles X
cards from the top of their library, where X is
the number of Warp counters on this card. If
there are 10 or more Warp counters on this card,
and 20 or less cards in the library of a player, that player loses
the game.
I’d tell you to run, but there is nowhere to go to.
