Whenever a creature you control deals combat
damage to a player, untap Warstorm Sigil.
{t}: Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature you control, put an experience counter on Warstorm
Sigil. Then if there are five or more experience counters on Warstorm Sigil, transform it and
attach it to a creature you control.
