Whenever Washington, the Dragon enters the battlefield or attacks, put a corruption counter on it. If {p/r} was spent to cast Washington, the Dragon instead of {r}, it enters with an additional corruption counter.

When Washington, the Dragon reaches three corruption counters, it becomes ignited.
