At the beginning of your upkeep create two 0/1
white and green Sheep creature tokens with
defender.
Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under
your control put a charge counter on Watame.
{2}{w}{g}: Remove all charge counters from
Watame, for each counter removed this way, tap
target creature. If eight or more counters were
removed this way, all opponents skips their next
untap step.
