Watch the World Burn can't be countered and can target creatures with Hexproof, Shroud and Protection from it as though they didn't have Hexproof, Shroud or Protection from it.
Damage can't be prevented this turn. Watch the World burn deals X damage to target creature. It can't be regenerated. If a creature dealt damage this way would die this turn, exile it instead. A creature dealt damage this way loses indestructible until end of turn.
