Watching the party

At the beginning of combat on your turn, up to
three target creatures you control gain Flying
until end of turn.
After an opponent draws, that player reveals a
random card from hand. If you are the Monarch,
you may instead look at the top card of that
players library. If you are not, Venture Into The
Dungeon or you may pay {p/c} and become the
Monarch.
