Waterfall Sliver

Waterfall Sliver enter the batltefield with a +1/+1 counter for each creature with a +1/+1 counter you control.
If a creature card with flying you control have a +1/+1 counter, Slivers you control has flying.
The same is true for first strike, double strike, deathtouch, haste, hexproof, indestructible, lifelink, reach, trample, and vigilance.
