Whenever Wattson, Static Defender enters
the battlefield or a noncreature spell is casted create a 1/1 Fence artifact creature token with Defender.
{u}{r}: Discard a card, Draw a card and you
may reveal that card. If that card is a noncreature spell, draw a card.
{t}{u}{u}{r}: Choose a noncreature spell from your graveyard. Cast it without paying it's mana cost then exile it.
