Waxshaper

Whenever another nontoken creature you control dies you may pay {x} where X is that creatures mana value. When you do, exile that creature and create a token that's a copy of it except it's white and an artifact in addition to its other types types.
When Waxshaper dies put all cards exiled with it into their owner's graveyard.
