We do a little trolling

Roll a d6.

1 – Choose a creature controlled by one player and another controlled by a different player. Those players exchange control of them.
2 – Target player draws 3 cards... and discards 7.
3 –Each player gives a nonland permanent they control to
the player on their left.
4 – Until target player's end of turn, spells cost {infinite} to cast unless they say “troll” in their name.
5 – Target player mills 5 cards.
6 – Reverse turn order until end of game.
