Weapon Collector

Whenever an artifact enters the battlefield
you gain 1 life.
{4}{w} {t}: Search your library for an artifact
with mana value or less than or equal to X,
where X is the number of artifacts you control.
If X is 2 or less you may put the artifact onto
the battlefield under your control. Otherwise,
put it into your hand.
