Weathered-light

Any Artifact-Equipment attached to a creature that adds to that creatures power
and toughness +/+, instead adds -/- to that creatures power and toughness for the next
two turns. (Ex: if a creature would get +3/+3, instead gets -3/-3.) If a creature would die
from this, it is a 0/1 instead.
