During your turn, you may pay {3} and exile this card from your command zone: Draft a card from Weatherlighters spellbook. Mana of any type can be spent to cast the drafted card. (To draft a card, put
a card to your hand from a choice of three random cards from a side deck called Weatherlighters spellbook.)
