Webway Infiltration

Use this Stratagem during deployment. If you
spend {2}, you can set up 1 TS INFANTRY unit
from your army in the webway instead of setting
it up on the battlefield. If you spend {3}, you can
set up 2 TS INFANTRY units from your army
in the webway instead of setting them up on the
battlefield. If you do, then for each of those units,
in the Reinf. step of one of your Mov. phases you
can set them up anywhere on the battlefield that
is more than 9" away from any enemy models.
