Webway Portal

Each Portal included in the army allows to pick
up to three other formations, and keep them
back on the Craftworld. Any formations that are
kept on the Craftworld may enter play via the
Portal, by taking an action that allows them to
make a move. Measuring their first move from
the point that a Portal occupies. Any formation
may appear through any Portal. No more
than one formation may travel through each
Portal each turn.
