: At the beginning of your upkeep, if there are less than 7 week counters on Wednesday Frog, put a week counter on it. If there are 7, remove them.
+2: Phase out all creature frogs until there are seven week counters on Wednesday Frog
-X: Up to X creatures become Frogs in addition to other types.
