Weight of Power

The player with the highest number of creatures exiles half the number of creatures they control rounded up. Then each other player exiles creatures until they have as many creatures as the first player. If a player did not exile any creatures, they may search their library for a creature card and put it onto the battlefield, repeat this until they have as many creatures as the first player. Then each player shuffles their library.
