Weighted Scales

Haggle - You may have each opponent create a Treasure token. If not, then starting with you each player votes for one of the following modes, the mode with the most votes or tied for the most votes is considered the chosen mode(s).
• Destroy all creatures with power 4 or greater.
• Destroy all creatures with power 3 or less.
• Destroy all artifacts and enchantments, then exile all graveyards.
