Weirdmageddon

On every players upkeep they must trade a permanent they own for another permanent they do not own. all creatures power and toughness is switched, all basic lands add every color mana except their own, all colored permanents are colorless and vis versa. if a creature has a keyword, the controlling player must select a different key
word every upkeep and switch it to that.

At the beginning of every players turn they gain control of Bill Cypher.
