Welch the Blue

Play an ability of Welch only when you would
cast a sorcery.
{2}, {t}: Welch deals 4 damage to any target.
{3}: Declare a creature type. target creature
gains that type and becomes tapped.
{6}: Put an artifact enchantment from your
library onto the battlefield.
At your upkeep, if Welch is equipped with arcane
equipment, you may transform it.(All equipment
and auras remain on it.)
