Well of Souls

Whenever a non-token creature dies, exile it
instead. That creatures controller exiles cards
from the top of their library until they exile a creature card and puts that card onto the battlefield, then shuffles the rest into their
library.
When the dead pass through the well, the newly amalgamated into new souls forget all their past lives.
