Wellbow, Deceitful Meddler

When Wellbow enters the battlefield and at the beginning of each upkeep you may name a card.
Whenever a player casts a spell with the last
name chosen for Wellbow, copy that spell. You
may choose new targets for the copy. (If it is
a permanent spell, you get a copy of that permanent.)
{6},{t}: All opponents play with their hands
revealed until Wellbow leaves the battlefield.
