When Wellspring Titan enters the battlefield, put a +1/+1 counter on it for each creature you control.

Contingency Whenever Wellspring Titan attacks, you may remove any number of +1/+1 counters from it. If you do, each other creature you control gets +1/+1 until end of turn for each counter removed this way.
