cost of X or less, when X is the amount of
dragons on the battlefield.
{t}{b/r}: If a dragon permanent's ability is triggered
this turn, you may pay 2 life to copy that ability.
{g}{b}: tap a creature, if it dies or is exiled, return
it to the battlefield under it's owners control,
it loses haste.
