Wendy, Game Master

Whenever a player casts a spell, that player exiles that spell, then exiles cards from the top of their library until they reveal a spell that shares a card type with it and casts that spell instead and then puts all cards exiled with Wendy, Game Master on the bottom of their library in a random order. If Wendy, Game Master was kicked, all players draw from the library of the player to their left.
