Wendy, tutor master

Whenever you play Wendy, tutor master, or
another tutor card, each oponent may search
their library for a card. Then each player who
searched their library this way shuffles it. (Tutor
cards are cards that search for another card)
Whenever an oponent searches their library for
a card, you may search your library for a card.
