you get an experience counter. You cannot gain
more than one experience counter this way.
Whenever you cast another spell with converted
mana cost 3 or greater surveil X, where X is the
number of experience counters you have.
Whenever Wesley, Dark Mage deals combat
damage to a player you get an experience counter.
