Wessex the Blue Dread

Wessex can't be countered.
When Wessex enters the battlefield it deals 4
damage to all creatures then each opponent
discards two cards at random. When Wessex
dies put two time counters on it instead of
putting it into your graveyard. So long as Wessex
has a time counter on it, it phases out.
"I was here when everything was born, so I will be
here to see everything end."
