counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep
roll 1d4 and remove that many tick counters.
{3}: Remove one tick counter. Any player may
activate this ability.
{x}{x}{x}{t}: Add X tick counters.
When Whammy have no tick counters on it, sacrifice it.
When Whammy leaves the battlefield you lose
the game, if Whammy had more than 0 counters
on it target player loses the game.
