What a Pain!

Choose a creature you control, then tap a number of creatures who's combined power is equal to the power of the creature you chose. Those creatures don't untap until the creature you chose is destroyed.
If the creature you chose was Blaine the Mono, each of the creatures you chose gains a -1/-1 counter until Blaine the Mono is destroyed.
