when "what more than riches?" enters, each player sacrifices all lands they control.
player's can't play lands and lands can't enter the battlefield
at the beginning of each player's upkeep, that
player rolls a d20, then creates a number of gold
tokens equal to the result. that player sacrifices
those gold tokens at the beginning of the next end
step.
