Wheel of Change

Each player shuffles their hands and graveyards
into their libraries. They then exile each creature
they control. They search their library for any
number of creature cards with a total
converted mana cost less than or equal to the
total converted mana cost of creature cards they
own exiled this way. They then repeat this
process for artifacts, enchantments and planeswalkers. They put each of those cards onto
the battlefield under their control.
