Wheel of Fortune

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that
player rolls a 8 sided die.
1 or 2: Draw a card, then discard a card, then
you lose 2 life.
3: You get 3 poison counters.
4: Roll a twenty sided die. On a 20, you win
the game.
5 or 6: Scry 2, then draw 2 cards, then you
lose 5 life.
7: Scry 8, then discard a card or pay 3 life.
8: Put 5 +1/+1 counters on target creature.
