When Pigs Fly

When Pigs fly enters the battlefield with X
time counters on it. At the beginning of your
upkeep, remove a time counter from When Pigs Fly.
When When Pigs Fly has no more time counters on
it, remove it from the game.
All instances of the word "never" become the word "always". All positive counters (+1/+1, +1/+0)
become negative counters (-1/-1,-1/-0), and all
negative counters become positive counters.
