Where None Shall Tread is not a creature unless
a creature has died this turn.
Whenever Where None Shall Tread deals combat
damage to a player, you may pay {u}{g}. If you do,
gain control of target nonbasic land that player
controls. It becomes a copy of Where None Shall
Tread except it's not legendary.
The land belongs to no one, and they grow
their ranks by each day.
