Whirling Hold
When you succeed at a combat maneuver check
to maintain a grapple, instead of choosing to
damage, move, pin, or tie up your opponent,
you can lift and rapidly spin your opponent. At
the end of the spin, you can place the opponent
in any square adjacent to you. The opponent is
sickened for a number of rounds equal to your
Strength or Dexterity modifier, whichever is
higher.
