Whirring Sphere

Whenever a player casts a spell from their hand,
exile it with a whir counter on it.
Whenever a player draws a card, they lose X life,
where X is the number of spells exiled with whir
counters on them.
{3}: You may cast a spell exiled with a whir counter
on it without paying its mana cost this turn. Any
player may activate this ability.
