Roll a 1D20 and gain the bellow effect.
1-5: You can look at the top 3 card of a players
library and send any number of the cards to that
player's graveyard.
5-10: All players draw one card but keep it
flipped so all other players can see it but them.
You may only look at it when you decide to play
it and only play it if possible.
11-15: Place this card back in your library and
shuffle it.
16-20: Discard 6 cards from your library.
