White Fatalis' Supremacy

When Ultimate White Fatalis enters the
battlefield put 15 fate counters on Ultimate
White Fatalis. Whenever Ultimate White Fatalis
is targeted by a spell cast by an opponent, is
blocked or blocks, remove a fatecounter. When
all fate counters are removed, all opponents
restart the game.
When Ultimate White Fatalis is put in the
graveyard or put into exile, you may put it in its
owner's library third from the top.
