White Mage

When White Mage enters the battlefield, until
end of turn, creatures you control enter the
battlefield with an additional +1/+1 counter.
{2}{w} or {4}: Active player draws a card. You can
not activate this ability unless someone has more
cards in hand then you. Any player may activate
this ability.
